IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION IS ONE OF THE WAYS TO DEVELOP THE NEW UZBEKISTAN
President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev in his message to the Oliy Majlis and the people of Uzbekistan said that “improving the quality of education is the only way to develop a new Uzbekistan.”
Improving the quality of education is one of the main issues on the state’s agenda, since it trains specialists sufficient to bring the state among the developed countries. That is why, in the message of our esteemed President, he said that “education is the biggest investment for the new Uzbekistan” has deep strategic importance.
The implementation of high-quality training and the achievement of high results requires great responsibility and activity of every person in our society as a whole, not just professionals. The appeal emphasized the need to further increase the prestige of teachers, teachers, and the establishment of their ordinariness in the Constitution of the state. At the same time, the head of state said that education should be transformed into a practical movement towards a wider society.
Another important aspect mentioned in the petition is the general reform of school education based on international educational programs, starting from 2023. It talked about the development of new textbooks, the organization of a scientific institute and laboratory to adopt the old standards and teaching methods.
The President said that the quality of education largely depends on how graduates acquire modern scientific experience and professionalism. Thus, in order to increase support for gifted youth, ” along with reputable international organizations in the field of chemical industry, electrical engineering, transport and energy, engineering schools will be opened. We haven’t had this system before. In short, we will create a system for training engineers of the new era,” the president said.
The opening of engineering schools will provide our youth with ample opportunities to master modern professions.
Currently, higher education institutions should act in accordance with the requirements, i.e. rectors, professors and teachers should be active in these processes, using modern, previous teaching methods.
The goals we set for ourselves are clear. When implementing them, every professor of our university must work honestly and faithfully to his profession. For him, we must abandon the old views, move forward, develop our knowledge in all directions in order to conduct quality education.
